5 Years with Western Chief

This month we are celebrating our Key Account Executive, Erika Campbell who has been part of our work family for 5 years. She is thoughtful, a hard worker and respected by her colleagues. We're happy to have her and amazed how quickly time goes by!

Do what you love, love what you do!

What advice do you have for someone just starting out their career?

Listen more than you speak. Don’t be in a hurry to figure everything out and remember where you start isn’t always where you end up.

What do you like to do when you’re not in the office?

When I’m not in the office, I’m usually spending time with family and friends, working out or enjoying a glass of wine.

What do you like best about working for the company?

One of the things I like most about working for Washington Shoe/Western Chief is the culture. It truly feels like one big family. We work hard and we have fun!
