Our footwear generally comes in whole sizes only. If you are a half size, we recommend ordering down. i.e. a 9.5 would select size 9.

Our boots typically run slightly large to accommodate weather-appropriate socks. However, our garden clogs, slippers, or other non-rain boot items run true to size. If in doubt, please contact our customer service team who will help you determine your perfect fit!

Slippers, Sandals, and Other Non-Rubber Footwear:

Our footwear is made from high quality materials and textiles. To clean a non-rubber item, we recommend gently spot-cleaning with a lightly damp cloth. For detailed information on specific items, please reach out to our customer service team!

Rubber Boots:

Did you know rubber comes from trees? The process of making handmade boots involves mixing limestone and rubber to give the footwear its form. It’s natural for quality rubber to develop a white film, called blooming, and it’s easy to clean.

Exchange & Returns

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase date.  We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original condition, unworn with tags attached and with the original box in new condition. Free returns and exchanges on all orders.
