"The 13/1 kids size is very large in length. I would estimate more like a size 1 or more likely a 2 Order down a size at minimum. The length is very long. We have 13 boots in several other shoes as my daughter wears a 12.5 or 13 in Vans, Adidas and Carters. 13 in Roxy and Haviana flip flops We ordered 1/2 size up to account for growth. But should have sized down to 12"
