Cute design, hope it holds up

"The first bag arrived with all of the zipper pulls detached from the zippers and oddly put inside the bag. Customer service was great and shipped all new. The velcro to hold the lunch box is a cute idea but doesn't hold up with a full lunch bag. The lunch bag falls off. Strings are fraying in different parts of the bags. I hope it holds up. Very cute though."
