Returns and exchanges are accepted on unused product within 90 days of purchase. Shoes not purchased directly from Washington Shoe must be returned or exchanged through the retailer product was purchased from. The retailer you purchased our products through accepts responsibilities of any warranty for quality, and will process any returns or exchanges per their company policy.
Return requests can be submitted through our Returns Center. Return instructions will be emailed once the return request has been submitted.

For your convenience, a free return shipping label is included in your package.
Packages can be returned to any FedEx Office, FedEx Shipping Partner, or USPS location. Packages should not be handed to a USPS Mailman or dropped in a USPS Blue Box due to their size. We are not responsible for lost packages.
All returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds can take 4-6 weeks to process. To expedite your refund, please include the original packing slip included with your order. Returns without a packing slip may be delayed or remain unprocessed. Washington Shoe is not responsible for lost packages.
Warranty for Defective Product:
Washington Shoe provides warranty against defects in craftsmanship for 1-year from the purchase date. If something happens to the product purchased from Washington Shoe beyond normal wear and tear, please contact us and we will be more than happy to replace your product at no cost to you with proof of purchase. Replacements can not be shipped outside of the United States.
