"The product still hasn’t arrived. I ordered this shoe twice for my niece for Christmas because she adores a pair of these glitter boots she originally got second hand. First I ordered them from Zappos, but it looked like the order was never placed so I cancelled that to place order directly with the company. This was a month ago now. If there was a warning about the extreme extended time to deliver, I did not get it. I’m not sure if the order is still on its way or not because the FedEx tracking goes to a link that says “information sent to USPS.” In the end, I hope my niece gets the boots she wants but there is nothing reliable about this ordering process."

"My oldest daughter wore this boot for a couple of years. She handed it down to little sister. Little sister, is a 2 year old who refuses to wear any other shoe. She only wants her, "pink boots." The original boot was still in good condition after about 5 years on the job. The color was just starting to fade a bit. Since our 2 y/o won't wear any other shoes we bought her a new pair. These boots are great quality. The stand up to heavy wear and many hours of play. They're easy to clean. My 2 y/o puts them on herself with no problem!"
