"The Chelsea boot runs larger than the tall rain boots. Rain boots run true to size (I wear a 9 Wide) and the rain boot fits perfectly. When I tried on the size 9 Chelsea boot my foot was swimming in it. Because I have a wide foot in the toe area, I didn’t want to get a smaller size for fear my foot would be cramped. I put in a double thick shoe liner and it helped but still a little too long which is the reason I only gave it 4 stars. Otherwise I like the Chelsea short rain boot."

"These are cute, durable, comfortable. But as someone stated, they do retain mud/dirt so don’t wear them into the house after gardening. They fit snug but are very easy on and off (important for an oldster). These are my favorites altho any boot by Western Chief seems good. We will see how they fair with long use. Ive just started wearing them after their slow journey here."
