10 Years with Western Chief

This month we are celebrating our Warehouse Manager, Vanila Paez who has been part of our work family for 10 years. We are grateful to have her! She's a positive person and respected by her team. 

What’s the most important thing you’ve learned in your time with the company? 

I've learned that it's best to change the situation, not the person. 

 

What do you like best about working for the company? 

The people genuinely care about each other whether it's personally or with work. Everyone works together well as a team.  

 

What advice do you have for someone just starting out their career? 

Be yourself; work hard and be kind. I know its sounds simple, but I've learned to live by those words every day.
